How much money can you make money with an OnlyFans agency?
There is no limit. You get a big chunk of money from the net earnings of the creators. Running an agency isn’t black and white, but there are many things to care for and many dark sides that I will also explain in this ebook.
Some agency owners are making over $100K a month working with Top OnlyFans, Fansly, and creators of other adult subscription companies. OnlyFans agency takes 20 to 30% of the net revenue of what an OnlyFans creator makes. Most of the agencies I have worked with and the one I started take creators who were making $5k to $15k a month.
So, let's dig deeper into the step-by-step process of making money and helping you start an agency.
How OnlyFans Creators make money?
If you don’t know how OnlyFans creators make money and don’t know the terms used by the creators and people who know about this industry, you might be looking like someone who is there just to make money and doesn’t putting any interest to have any skin in the game.
OnlyFans is a subscription-based platform where content creators can make a free page and make money and a paid page and make money. You have to verify yourself in order to make money on OnlyFans.
Creators make money on OnlyFans in the following ways:
Getting paying subscribers. These subscribers pay a monthly recurring fee in order to get access to the content of that creator.
Creators can also sell your pay-per-view videos. Creators can send mass messages, select or upload a video, add a price tag, and let their fans pay for it before they watch it.
Creators can also send content while talking to a person in Chat as PPV and let them pay for it.
Fans can Tip in the Messages section and on the content uploaded by the creator.
Custom content: This is the winner here. Creators charge $100 to $500 or even more for creating a video at the request of a fan. This is a special video and is only meant for that specific fan.
Creators can also add an amazon wishlist to their OnlyFans page and let their fans pay for it, and the item is shipped to the address of the creator.
This is how creators make money on OnlyFans and this is something you should know before you start an agency.
Any OnlyFans agency that has the biggest bottleneck is Chatting or managing chatters. This is where you can help increase revenue and start making more money for the creator and as an agency.

What does an OnlyFans agency do?
If you want to start an OnlyFans agency, it is better to know how an agency functions. Here are some of the main things that an agency does to help OnlyFans Creators:
They help OnlyFans creators manage their messages, and the agency has chatters for each account that are often available 24/7 to respond to messages, initiate conversations, and sell more content.
They also manage their social media postings. Social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube are among the most common platforms that creators use. If you have a better strategy to help creators create more effective content and help grow their social media, it will be a plus.
Other types of mentoring include devising an OnlyFans content strategy, guiding the creator to produce better content, helping her in getting more promos, and if the creator is willing to make content with other creators, the agency can help them arrange everything, so they make content.
The Best OnlyFans agencies also help creators in helping them with tax problems, guide creators to be more effective creators, what content they should focus on, gather data from their accounts, and make data-based decisions.
A personal story. I worked with a creator who was selling her pay-per-view messages for $3.99, so I analyzed all her accounts. She has some very high-paying fans, and almost all of them were paying good money in Tips, and some were sending Tips in messages. So, next time, we sold each PPV for $11.99 and we got over 200 sales on that video in just 48 hours.
This is the power of Data that you could use in growing your revenue. This isn’t big data that we could use, but there are ways you can measure this the interesting thing to do is to sell a PPV to a selected high-paying Tipper and sell the same video to other fans by charging less.
How to start an OnlyFans agency? A Step-By-Step Process:
The following is a step-by-step process to start an OnlyFans agency.
Step 1: Choose a Name and design your website
This is an easy step. All you need is to choose a name for your agency and then check if the domain is available for this name. You can use Webflow or Bubble, or WordPress to build your site.
The following are some of the names of the agency that you could use or take inspiration from:
EliteThe Innovative Talent Agency
Talent Agency
Premier Performers agency
Sensation Talent Group
The Performers Collective
The Creator’s Agency
Star Talent Management
The Artistic Agency
The Professional Performers Agency
Sakura Agency (A real OnlyFans agency)
E Management Agency
Neo Agency
To choose a name for your agency, make sure that it is easier to remember if someone heard it for the first time also the domain is available for the name you have chosen.
I would recommend you to use Webflow, which is a no-code tool and you can find a lot of amazing features.
Step 2: Work with different software:
You have chosen a name for your agency and created a website for your agency, and now it is time to sign up for some of the Tools you need to go for it.
You will need chatters for your OnlyFans account and to manage your Chatters, you need software. You can use software like Infloww or Fansmetric. There is a lot of other software available that you can use for your agency to manage your Chatters, but in my experience, Infloww is the best software for managing your Chatters and creators.
There is other software that could help upsell PPV content like Supercreator.app that a lot of agencies I have worked with many agencies and they use Supercreator to upsell (charge more for PPV than a fan could pay for) to sell your content. If one of your chatter is adding a PPV, they can add the price in Max and Min that a fan could pay for it.
The OnlyFans agency market is still evolving, and it will take some time that us to have more advanced tools that will predict more information about a fan and tools that would make it easy for agencies and OnlyFans creators to grow, manage their accounts, and help them make more money.
Step 3: Make a Funnel to onboard creators:
This is the most difficult part of starting an OnlyFans agency is finding creators working with you.
When you are new, it is hard to get the first creator because OnlyFans creators don’t put their trust in everyone and they will also ask you about the other creators you are working with. To show that you are a credible person, you should use platforms like Twitter and Reddit and start working with new or beginner creators.
There are different ways or methods to find OnlyFans creators. I will share all the methods that will help you with getting more creators:
SEO: This is very powerful and helpful for creators. SEO stands for search engine optimization, where you can rank your blog for keywords creators are looking for. You can also use it to get a mention in other blog posts ranks for the keywords creators are looking for, like Best OnlyFans agencies or Best OnlyFans agency or Best Agencies to Join as an OnlyFans creator. I have some articles ranked for that keywords, and we helped a lot of agency owners.
Reaching creators on social media and through emails: You can mine the emails of the OnlyFans creators and reach out to them. You can also reach out to creators on social media and present your services to them. There are a lot of OnlyFans creators who don’t know such services existed.
Running ads, posting on social media, and reaching out to creators through different means like email, phone, or any other way to effectively reach out to the creator and present your services to them.
Step 4: Hire Chatters and a social media management team:
The bottleneck in the OnlyFans agency business is the chatters. There is a thin line between being a profitable agency and working with chatters who charge you less but provide a high-quality chatting experience to creators.
Most top agencies hire chatters from the Philippians, India, Pakistan, and other Asian countries. There are some ways you can hire chatters from these countries and still stick to the quality of the chatters. I have chatters who made over $6000 in sales with accounts that were charging way less compared to any other.
I have worked with a Top OnlyFans agency, and they use the following process to hire chatters:
Advertise your job posting on different sites.
Those who apply directly to an English test.
For those who perform well in the test, Interview them, and if you think they are a good fit, hire them.
What platforms should you use?
You can use platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. And you can also talk to me (the writer, Aamir Kamal), and I could help you find qualified chatters. This is something I did for other agencies, and I will do the same for you. This is one of the biggest time-consuming events because social media posting could be automatic, but this needs human input, and you also need to look at the profitability and hire only those people who are good at what they do.
Step 5: Define the requirements and how you will manage your OnlyFans agency.
Not every creator is worth acquiring. There are some OnlyFans creators who applied to your agency while they are making less than $1000 a month, which isn’t worth it. It is better to define your requirements for what type of creators you want to work with. The most important factor is how much money a creator is making on OnlyFans.
When you onboard a creator, you need to share a form with her, a form where you have mentioned all the types of content she is willing to do. Here is an example of a form: Spreadsheet: A Custom content Google Sheet
Creators make the most money by selling their custom videos, including mass messages and chatting with a fan to sell their content. In my experience, chatting revenue is almost 50 to 60% of the total or gross revenue of a creator.
Answer to every question an agency owner might ask:
The following are some of the questions you might be asking:
How do I reach out to creators to join my agency?
It is simple as you have to present your business by either reaching them via social media, cold calling, reaching out through email, or through SEO. SEO is way powerful as it is organic, and your content is rooting for you. I worked with some agencies, and they are getting a crazy amount of leads every day, doing nothing but scheduling meetings with those creators and helping them onboard. Their whole energy is onboarding creators and not focusing on promotion because they are already getting a good number of creators.
How much does the Agency charge from creators?
Some agencies charge 20% of the Net OnlyFans income. There are other agencies charging over 35% or more from the creators they are working with. If a creator is already making good money, you can charge her 20% or 30% on net revenue. You need to calculate things and if it is something onboarding a creator is profitable for you, you go ahead and onboard that creator.
If you are new, just go with any creator willing to work with you as this will help you build a portfolio and start onboarding more top OF creators.
What is a Contract, and how can you send a contract?
When you want to onboard a creator, you can go for a three months, six months, or in some cases Twelve months contract with the creator. The creator doesn’t leave you for this fixed time period, and you can mention it clearly in your document. You can send a contract using DocuSign or other alternatives to sending a digital contract to a creator.
That sits. That is the first version of the book about starting an agency. If you bought it, you would receive an updated version of this ebook in the future right in your email for free.
